Care instructions
Care Instructions for your Tees!
- Washing:
- Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing to minimize friction and prevent excessive fading.
- Use cold water for both machine and hand washing to preserve the fabric's color and prevent shrinking.
- Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach as they can damage the cotton fibers.
- For optimal results, use a gentle or mild detergent specifically designed for delicate fabrics.
- Drying:
- Air drying is the best option to maintain the quality of your oversized t-shirt. Lay it flat on a clean towel or drying rack.
- If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting to prevent excessive shrinkage or damage to the fabric. Remove the t-shirt from the dryer while it is still slightly damp to avoid over-drying.
- Avoid hanging the t-shirt directly under sunlight as it may cause fading over time.
- Hanging:
- When hanging your t-shirt, use padded or wide hangers to prevent the shoulders from stretching or losing their shape.
- Avoid hanging the t-shirt for extended periods to prevent unwanted stretching or distortion. Instead, store it folded neatly in a drawer or on a shelf.
- Cleaning Stains:
- Treat stains as soon as possible to avoid them setting into the fabric.
- Gently blot the stain with a clean, white cloth or paper towel to absorb any excess liquid.
- Use a stain remover or a mild detergent mixed with water to pretreat the stain. Apply it directly to the affected area and gently rub it in with your fingers or a soft brush.
- After pretreatment, wash the t-shirt according to the washing instructions mentioned above.
Recommended Products and Techniques:
- Use a fabric softener sparingly or opt for dryer sheets to reduce static and keep the fabric feeling soft.
- To maintain the color vibrancy of your t-shirt, add a cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle occasionally. This helps to remove any residual detergent and keeps colors looking fresh.
- Avoid using an iron on high heat directly on the printed or embellished areas of the t-shirt. Instead, turn it inside out and use a lower heat setting or place a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric.
Following these care instructions will help you maintain the best quality of your T-Shirts, ensuring they remain comfortable and visually appealing for a longer duration.
